Return Policy
No returns after 21 days of original invoice date. All returns will have minimum $5.00 re-stock fee or 20% whichever is greater. Additional handling and shipping fees may apply(Size, Weight etc.). No returns on electrical parts. Customer is responsible for shipping parts back to Team Alpine. All returns must have original invoice and parts must be in original packaging. Returns must be authorized by Aaron via e-mail/phone before parts are to returned to Team Alpine.

Exchange Policy
No exchanges after 21 days of invoice date. All exchanges for clothing, helmets, apparel etc will have NO charges. Hard line parts and Accessories, the customer is responsible for shipping to Team Alpine and must pay for shipping the corrected items back to he/she. Customer must send items back in original packaging with all original tags. Customer is responsible for shipping items back to Team Alpine. Customer will have NO shipping charges for clothing, appearl, etc. that are sent to them ground UPS. Exchanges must be authorized via e-mail/phone by Aaron before customer sends items to Team Alpine. Customer must include all info mentioned or extra charges may apply.
